I'm trying to make a practice spreadsheet for the Glory to God sampler. Hymn #4 is "The Steadfast Love of the Lord", the McNeill text and tune, set as a refrain for some portions of Psalm 105. The sampler calls it a "refrain".
So should I enter its first line as "First line" or as "Refrain first line" or as both on the spreadsheet? Also...
The copyright notice is given as
"Text and Music refrain © 1974, 1975 Celebration"
and I don't know how I should divvy this up between the "Text copyright statement" and "Tune copyright statement" fields on the spreadsheet...

Also... the title given in the sampler is
"The Steadfast Love of the Lord (Psalm 105)" , with "(Psalm 105)" in a smaller font than "The Steadfast Love of the Lord". Should "(Psalm 105)" be included in the Title field, and if so should I use Excel's Format/Cell/Font feature to make it smaller, or indicate the change in font size in some other way, or ignore the change, or... should I leave "(Psalm 105)" out entirely, relegating it to the Scripture Spreadsheet?
When the refrain is the whole text
If the refrain is sung antiphonally to a reading of Psalm 104, then put the refrain first line in the text first line field and leave the refrain first line field blank. The copyright is on the text of the refrain and the music of the refrain. In the text copyright field you should state that the text of the refrain is copyrighted; and in the tune copyright field state that the music of the refrain is copyrighted, or if the refrain is the only music, it is sufficient to say that the music is copyrighted.
It looks like Psalm 105 is meant to be a sub-title. There is no need to change the font size, just put Psalm 105 in parentheses behind the title. Also include it in the scripture spreadsheet if it is not in a separate scripture index included in the hymnal.

How about when the title (large-print text above the music/text, that is) is in two font sizes but there are no parentheses. For example, #42 is titled

Leaning on the Everlasting Arms
and "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms" is in the smaller large-print font size (like that of "(Psalm 105)" supra) but is not in parentheses. Should I enter

Sub titles
There is no need to worry about font sizes in the title. I'm not sure the different font sizes will be accommodated in Hymnary. It looks like "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms" is a sub-title. It should go in parentheses.
