Roh or Horn?

The text authority page for "Once he came in blessing" gives Roh as the author, yet the two most recent instances (Evangelical Lutheran Worship and Lutheran Service Book) both give the author as Horn. I don't know, but it seems to me maybe the text authority needs updating. By someone who knows more than I do.
