So what does it mean to say "Source: Efel. Dyfed." with reference to the Bickersteth hymn "Peace, perfect peace, in this dark world of sin?"?? Looks Welsh, but I can't say I can figure out what it refers to and I'm not at all inclined to imagine Bickersteth took his text from a Welsh source.

That source is from a Welsh hymnal. It should not be in the text authority, but these things happen as texts get merged together.
