Merging differing arrangements of the same tunes

I was checking some tunes for Ludwig (Louis) Spohr, and I came across three tunes that seem to be arrangements of the same one. Just to make sure, should these be merged together or kept separate?

1. SPOHR (Spohr 13351)
2. SPOHR (Spohr 53351)
3. SIMPSON

These look like pretty much the same tune to me. The first one and the third one should be merged in to #2 SPOHR 53351, since this one is the most common arrangement and name.
