Cannot see hymns any longer

I have been using this site to access the scanned hymns of the 1940 Hymnal of the Episcopal Church. This past week, I no longer see the hymns, but instead see this message:

You don't have permission to access /files/hymnary/image/HPEC1940/high/0009=1.png on this server.

What has happened?
