Bug Report: edit tune page form submission

On the "Edit Hymn Tune" page, I used to be able to press Enter from any of the text fields, and the form would submit ("Save"). Now I have to scroll down and click the Save button. I assume this is just a bug, as the "Edit Hymn Text" page still allows this shortcut.

The only place I have seen this is on the Add New Hymn Tune page. Hitting Enter anywhere invokes the auto-fill on the Tune Name field. When I reported it, they said it is a known bug.
