Not All Titles Are Titles?

When looking at the list of Instances at the bottom of a text authority page, some titles of said instances do not show up in the "Titles" column. I am curious as to the reason.

Example: I'm Free Again by Vep Ellis.

The one missing its Title in this example is a recent addition.

I'd love to know what triggers Titles showing up on the list of instances. Titles I entered months ago still do not show, as above.
