Does anyone have an Excel spreadsheet for the Hymns & Psalms Index and one for the Combined Mission Praise Index

These are found in the Hymnary at:-

The reason I'm asking is it would make it easier for us to keep records of the Hymns we choose for our Favourite Hymn Services.
