How did a denomination that supposedly came into existence in 1931 manage to publish a hymnal in 1904?

Comments

The DNAH hymnals came to us with generic denominations. This hymnal was likely from a denomination that merged with Congregational Christian Churches or the denomination may have changed its name after the hymnal was published. We have not yet checked all of the DNAH hymnals to see what the denomination should be, and the volunteer who edited this hymnal did not think to update this information.

Now if I can remember which hymnal I wrote this about, I can try to fix it.
