Brotherton, Alice, née Williams, born at Cambridge, Ind., and married in 1876 to William E. Brotherton of Cincinnati. Has published Beyond the Veil, Chicago, 1886, and Sailing of King Olaf, 1887. Author of "Consider the lilies, How stately they grow" (Providence), in Horder's Worship Song, 1905, and others.
