Fay, Rev. Cyrus Hyde, D.D. (Lebanon, New Hampshire, November 18, 1815--?). Educated at Norwich University, Vermont. A Universalist minister who served churches in Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C. His hymn beginning "Another pastor hast thou given" is included in Church Harmonies: New and Old, 1895.
