Mildren Harner Foltz (Mrs. Ralph A. Foltz) is a member of the secretarial staff of the East Dallas Christian Church, Dallas, Texas where both she and her husband participate actively in the work of the church. Born in Pennsylvania, she was graduated from the Pennsylvania College for Women (Chatham College). She has long been interested in writing poetry and one of her poems was published in "Best College Verse" in 1931 by Harper and Brothers. The 1958 Bethany Guide contains four of her sonnets. She is a member of the Dallas Pen Women.
