67. Trusting

1 Trusting in Thee, Lord,
Trusting in Thee;
From all my sorrow and care I am free.
Peace deep abiding thus daily I see;
Naught can alarm me while trusting, trusting in Thee.

2 Trusting in Thee, Lord,
Trusting in Thee;
Joy is my portion wherever I be.
Billows of gladness like waves of the sea
Daily sweep o’er me while trusting, trusting in Thee.

3 Trusting in Thee, Lord,
Trusting in Thee;
Power to witness is given to me,
Telling the story of Christ on tree,
Winning the lost one, while trusting, trusting in Thee.

4 Trusting in Thee, Lord,
Trusting in Thee;
This is the secret of blessing for me.
No other way can give such victory,
Praise to Thy name, Lord, I’m trusting, trusting in Thee.
