Marvelous Loving-Kindness

Representative Text

1 Marvelous loving-kindness, O Lord, thy children sing,
Praising the mighty Give, while time is on the wing;
Compassing all our pathway with blessings from above,
Beautiful are the tokens of never-failing love.

Refrain:
Marvelous loving-kindness, O Lord, thy children sing,
Wonderful, wonderful;
Marvelous loving-kindness, O Lord, thy children sing;
Wonderful, wonderful.

2 Marvelous loving-kindness to those who trust in thee;
Numberless are thy signals in air, on land and sea;
Sunniest days of summer show forth thy gracious will,
Stormiest days of winter reveal thy goodness still. [Refrain]

3 Marvelous loving-kindness to those who know thy name;
Glory to thee, our Father, forevermore the same;
Praises for our redemption, for grace so full and free;
Praises for home and country, and guidance unto thee. [Refrain]
