1932 - 2013 Author of "The Right Hand of God" in Evangelical Lutheran Worship Patrick Prescod was born in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He was a virtuosic pianist. He studied at Trinity College of Music in London, then returned to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, taught music, led The Kingston Chorale and Cantemus, and worked as the Music Director for the Education Ministry from 1979-1982. Noel Dexter

1938 - 2019 Composer of "LA MANO DE DIOS" in Evangelical Lutheran Worship Noel Dexter was born on December 21, 1938 and grew up in Port Antonio, Portland, Jamaica. He studied ethnomusicology and church music at the University of West Indies, in the United Kingdom and in the United States. He founded and led the Kingston Singers as well as other theatrical productions. For 25 years he was director of music at the University of West Indies, Mona, While there he lead the University Singers, until 2012, when he retired.
