Stand In Your Place

Representative Text

1 The hosts of the Lord are assembling,
The conflict is coming apace;
Unfurling your colors, be loyal,
And stand in your place!

Refrain:
Stand in your place!
Stan d in your place!
That the hosts of the Lord may be counted,
Come, stand in your place!

2 While many have faltered and fallen,
Dismayed by the enemy’s face,
Make known that you’re still in the conflict,
And stand in your place! [Refrain]

3 The world with its riches may tempt you
To serve in the cause that is base;
But face the deceiver with courage,
And stand in your place! [Refrain]

4 While others are owning the Master,
Who saved you thro’ wonderful grace,
Be humble, and boldly confess Him,
And stand in your place! [Refrain]
