Trösteord til "Herrens elända"

Ängsliga hjärta, upp ur din dvala

Tune: ÄNGSLIGA HJÄRTA, UPP UR DIN DVALA

Representative Text

1 Ängsliga hjärta, upp ur din dvala!
Glömmer du alldeles bort, hvad du har:
Frälsarens vänskap,
Nåd och gemenskap!
Ännu han lefver, densamme han var.

2 Stanna och vakna! Tänk hvad du hafver,
Icke i dig, men i Frälsaren kär!
Ren och rättfärdig,
Himmelen värdig,
Icke i dig, men i honom du är.
