Representative Text

1 Behold the Lamb of God,
The sacrifice for sin!
The fountain of his precious blood
Can make the vilest clean.

Refrain:
We would follow, follow the Lamb,
Whithersoever he goeth;
Now our load of guilt remove,
O thou LAMB OF GOD!

2 Behold the Lamb of God!
The Lamb for sinners slain.
For thee, my soul, for thee he bled,
And died, and rose again. [Refrain]

3 Behold the Lamb of God!
The gift of matchless love!
Seek full redemption through his blood,
And share his joy above. [Refrain]
