During our last fund drive a donor said this: "Covid-19 rules prevent us from singing during my husband's burial service, so we will play the tune while we read the printed words or hum along with the music." Needless to say, this testimony struck us and stuck with us. We never know on any given day how Hymnary.org will be a blessing to people, but we know that around the world, the site is making a powerful difference in the lives of many.

Thanks to all who use Hymnary.org and all who support it with gifts of time, talent and treasure. If you feel moved to support our work today with a gift of any amount and a word of encouragement, we would be grateful.

What though my joys and comfort die?
The Lord my savior liveth.
What though the darkness gather round?
Songs in the night he giveth.

(My Life Flows On In Endless Song)

Bröder, systrar, lofven Herren

Representative Text

1 Bröder, systrar, lofven Herren,
Prisen, upphöjen vår frälsnings Gud!
Som ett dån af starka vatten
Stige mot himlen vår lofsångs ljud!

Ära ske Fadern, vår fader huld,
Ära ske Sonen, som bar vår skuld!
Ära ske Guds Helge Ande!
Amen, ja, amen. Halleluja!

2 Lofven Gud, I barn, I unge!
Jublen, I gamle, af hjärtans grund!
Allt hvad lif och anda hafver,
Lofve vår Gud denna högtidsstund! [Kör]

3 Jubileren med, I himlar!
Gläd dig, du jord, i din gröna skrud!
O, I helga uanglakörer,
Hjälpen oss lofva vår store Gud! [Kör]
