Representative Text

1 Come and join our Sunday School,
Come and you will please us;
Come and learn the golden rule,
Come and sing for Jesus.
Jesus is the children’s friend,
God this Savior gave us;
He will gracious blessings send,
He will guide and save us.

Refrain:
Sing away this happy day,
Best of all the seven;
Sabbath skies and Sabbath songs
Speak to us of Heaven.

2 Jesus loves the children all,
All may have His favor,
He will hear the wee one’s call,
Precious, gracious Savior;
"Suffer such to come to Me,
Matters not how many;
Love is ready, grace is free,
Do not hinder any." [Refrain]

3 Come along and join our throng,
Little sister, brother;
Bring your little playmates, too,
Each one help the other;
Fill the seats with happy rows,
No more empty places;
God looks down and each one knows,
By their happy faces. [Refrain]
