Haselhuhn, Julius C. (Attenburg, Germany, May 21, 1829--May 5, 1893, Cleveland, Ohio). Baptist. Attended Rochester Theological Seminary, 1854-1858. Pastorates at Wilmington, Delaware, 1858-1861; Newark, New Jersey, 1861-1868; St. Louis, Missouri, 1868-1872; Chicago, Illinois, 18785-1878. Served as a general missionary for the American Baptist Home Mission Society, 1872-1875. Head of German Baptist Publication Society, Cleveland, Ohio, 18798-1893. Three of his hymns appeared in Die Glaubensharfe.
