Representative Text

1 Life will be full of joy complete,
If you have Jesus with you;
Filled with a strain of music sweet,
If you have Jesus with you.

Refrain:
If you have Jesus with you ev’ry day,
If you will follow where he guides,
All his commands obey,
If you have Jesus with you ev’ry day,
Vict’ry you’ll know as onward you go,
For Jesus will lead the way.

2 Trial and pain he’ll gladly share,
If you have Jesus with you;
Taking away your weight of care,
If you have Jesus with you. [Refrain]

3 Thus shall your life be pure and true,
If you have Jesus with you;
Serving the King in all you do,
If you have Jesus with you. [Refrain]
