I Am Delivered

My mind held me in captive for such a long long time

Representative Text

1 My mind held me in captive for such a long long time,
I was struggling to find a little peace of mind--
Then one day, out of the valley came a still small voice,
So I gave up all and made Him my choice.

Refrain:
Yes, I'm delivered and I'm satisfied
Yes I'm delivered and I can testify
Yes I'm delivered, I won't have to cry
Praise God, Praise God, I'm satisfied!

2 Christ has lightened my burdens, they are nailed to the tree,
Sin's chains are loosed, I've been set free--
I've made up my mind though the battle be great,
I know I'll make it, if I fold fast to my faith. [Refrain]
