O wanderer, come, Return to thy home

Author: D. B. Towner
Tune: [O wanderer, come]
Published in 1 hymnal

Representative Text

1 O wanderer, come,
Return to thy home,
'Tis Jesus that's calling for thee;
Resist not his voice,
But make him your choice,
A wonderful Savior is he.

Chorus:
O wanderer, come,
while yet there is room,
Jesus is calling,
Come, wanderer, come.

2 O turn to him now,
Before him bow,
He's waiting thy sins to forgive;
No longer delay,
But turn while 'tis day,
To Jesus, the Savior, and live. [Chorus]

3 O wanderer, come,
While yet there is room,
And mercy and pardon for thee;
Come, taste of his love,
His mercy 'twill prove,
Come, taste, and thy soul shall be free. [Chorus]
