O meu Redentor, Jesus,
O Seu corpo e o Seu sangue
Derramado sobre a cruz.

2 Do meu Salvador ausente
Comemoro o grande amor,
Recordando a Sua morte
Por um mundo pecador.

3 Em espírito presente,
Eu Te adoro aqui, meu Deus,
Em bondade revelado
Aos que pela fé são Teus.

4 Vem, Jesus, Senhor bondoso,
Meu espírito instruir,
Para que, nos dois emblemas,
Eu Te possa discernir.

5 E permite que hoje tenha,
Nesta luz da salvação,
Com os crentes e contigo
Verdadeira comunhão.
