Praise we our God upon His throne

Representative Text

1 Praise we our God upon His throne;
Praise we His sole begotten Son,
Who for mankind such deeds hath done.
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.

2 Death and the grave He leaves below;
Solace He brings for all our woe;
Darkness and sin He doth o’erthrow.
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.

3 Lord, on Thy throne beyond the skies,
Since from the grave Thou didst arise,
Lead us, at last, to paradise!
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.
