She was right. We only ask for money twice a year, and we do so because we need it.

على الشعوب باقتدارْ
فلتفرح الأرض بهِ
كذا جزائر البحارْ
كرسيُّه مرتفعٌ
وسط الضباب والغمامْ
العدلُ قاعدتهُ
والحق أيضاً والسلامْ

2 نارٌ لديه اتَّقدتْ
تُحرق أعداه الشِّدادْ
وأبرقت بروقهُ
فارتعدت كل البلادْ
قدام وجه ربنا
كالشمع ذابت الجبالْ
قدام سيد السما
والأرضِ فهو المتعالْ

3 إن السماءَ أخبرتْ
بعدله السامي القويمْ
كل الشعوب قد رأتْ
مجد إلهنا العظيمْ
تخزى وتخجل معاً
كل الشعوب التائههْ
لدى إلهنا اسجدوا
أيا جميع الآلههْ

4 قد سمعت ففرحتْ
كنيسة الفادي الأمينْ
من أجل أحكام العلي
غنّى جميع المؤمنينْ
فأنت يا رب قوي
عظُمتَ جداً يا معينْ
قد ارتفعت سامياً
