Destiny at My Command

Representative Text

1 Solid rock of truth divine,
Sure foundation, ever mine;
Safe, secure, I shall remain
Free from ev’ry care and pain;
Living always for the right,
Climbing higher in the light.

2 On the rock of truth I stand,
Destiny at my command;
Fill’d with unction from on high,
Boundless good forever nigh;
Ever in my heart the son
Angels sing, so firm and strong.

3 Highest heights in truth’s domain,
I shall reach and thus obtain
Ev’ry longing of my heart,
For no blessing can depart;
All of health and good are mine,
Since like God, I am divine.
