Representative Text

1 Some one has need of kindness,
Some one has need of cheer,
Waiting in sin and blindness,
Message of hope to hear.

Refrain:
Day by day, day by day,
Strive ye, helping another along life’s way;
Day by day, day by day,
Strive ye, serving the Master, His voice obey.

2 Some one has need of pardon,
Mercy so deep and wide;
Haste ere the hearts shall harden,
Tell of the Christ who died. [Refrain]

3 Some one has need of guiding,
Wand’ring ‘mid shadows dim;
Tell them of light abiding,
Joy that is found in Him. [Refrain]
