Before the Administration
1 The mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon
them that
fear him,
And his righteousness
unto
children's
children.

2 To such as keep his
covenant;
And to those that remember his com-
mandments to
do
them.

3 Suffer little children to come unto me, and for-
bid them
not:
For of
such is the
kingdom of
heaven.

4 For the promise is unto you, and
to your
children;
And to all that are afar off, even as many as the
Lord our
God shall
call.

After the Administration
1 Then will I sprinkle clean
water up-
on you,
And
ye shall
be--
clean:

2 A new heart also
will I
give you,
And a new spirit
will I
put with-
in you,

3 And I will take away the stony heart
out of your
flesh,
And I will
give you a
heart of
flesh.

4 I will pour my Spirit up-
on thy
seed,
And my
blessing up-
on thine
offspring:

5 And they shall spring up as a-
mong the
grass,
As
willows by the
water-
courses.
