Skinner, Otis Ainsworth, D.D. (Royalton, Vermont, July 3, 1807--September 18, 1861, Joliet, Ohio). A Universalist minister and author, serving churches in Baltimore, Maryland; New York City; and Boston. Later, President of Lombard College, Illinois. His hymn beginning "Thou Fount of love and grace" is included in Church Harmonies: New and Old, 1895.
