1 Thou Lamb of God, whose precious blood
For every guilty sinner flows,
A cleansing, efficacious flood,
A healing stream for human woes,
Now let us feel its quickening power,
O cleanse our souls this very hour!

2 Assembled here with one accord,
We claim thy promised blessing now,
And dare believe thy precious word
While humbly at thy throne we bow.
O fill us with thy mighty power,
And save, O Lord, this very hour!
