Crown Christ King

Representative Text

1 We will crown Christ King and His glory sing
While the host unnumbered chant His praise above;
With united voice, as our hearts rejoice,
We will laud and magnify His reign of love.

Refrain:
We will crown Him King!
We will crown Him King,
We will crown Him King!
Lord of lords from shore to shore,
King of kings forevermore;
O’er the world His name shall ring.
Crown Him King, crown Him King,
He is worthy!
In earth below and heav’n above,
Christ shall be crowned the King.

2 As His servants true we His will will do,
Giving honor to our sovereign Lord of all;
He is worthy, and, at His just command,
With a song of joy before His throne we fall. [Refrain]

3 On that morning bright, in the land of light,
When with sight made perfect we behold His face,
We will crown Him there, and His glory share,
And forever praise Him for His saving grace. [Refrain]
