The Saviour stood on Olivet. [Ascension.] This hymn appeared in the British Magazine for July, 1832, p. 460, in 6 stanzas of 4 lines, and signed "B.J.W." It was reprinted in the Salisbury Hymn Book, 1857, No. 110, with the addition of a doxology; and again in Kennedy, 1863, in 3 stanzas of 8 lines. We have failed to ascertain the author's name.
