Abe Prevette (1934-2022) lived in North Carolina, USA. He worked as a machinist and loved singing. He recorded quartet music, sometimes contributing all four parts. Primarily, he sang for the Piedmont Quartet. He was choir director at New Prospect Baptist Church for more than half a century and he wrote over 500 songs, of which about fifty have been published.
