Clark, Willis Gaylord, born at Otisco, Onondaga County, New York, 1810, died June 12, 1841. He was sometime editor of the Philadelphia Gazette, and contributed to the Knickerbocker Magazine. His poetical writings were published in 1846. His hymn:— We have met in peace together, was written for the 8th Anniversary of the American Sunday School Union, 1832.
