Jonathan David Helser and his wife, Melissa, are musicians and worship leaders. They also live at the retreat center, A Place For The Heart, in Sophia, North Carolina and lead the full time staff. Connected with the ministry of the retreat center, they started the "school for the heart," 18 Inch Journey, an intensive 60 day training for 19-26 year olds.
