Tune person name

Enter all the names of the people responsible for the tune such as composers and harmonizers.Enter the first name, followed by the last name. Use standard capitalization even if the hymnal uses all caps. Add rows beneath the hymn number to add more than one person. Include the life dates of the person behind the name if they are given in the hymnal.
