Why doesn't advanced search list all the hymns in a book?

I was trying to create a spreadsheet of the contents of CLH2006. In Advanced Search, I searched for Hymnal CLH2006 and specified "Texts" for output. It only came up with slightly less than half the number of hymns that are in the book (and in the database). Why?? And is there a way to generate such a "contents of X Hymnal" database short of the highlight-copy-paste-six-times workaround I used?

Comments

The hymnal has not been fully processed; many of the texts are not connected to authorities.

Would specifying "Instances" instead of "Texts" yield a useful 'contents of' output?

Yes, actually Instances might work better even if the authorities were all connected.
