ITALIAN HYMN C.M.? Umm, no

When I search for all the 8.6.8.6 tunes in the database and then put them in order by total instances, the top two hits are OLD 100TH and ITALIAN HYMN. When I then search for 8.6.8.6 instances of those tunes, I find one instance of OLD 100TH, in the 1938 Canadian Baptist Hymnary. I don't have a copy of that and there's no page scan, so I can't tell if the error was on the part of the hymnal or of its transcriber. But I don't come up with a single instance of ITALIAN HYMN being diagnosed as Common Meter. Which has me concerned, wondering why it is in the original search results at all if it has never been described that way in a hymnal.
