1 As far as the west is removed from the east,
He banished my sins, both the greatest and least;

He paid the great price, and He even forgets;

4 My sins were as scarlet, and crimson the stains;
He made them like snow, and no vestige remains;

5 My guilt and my need His great love have revealed;
Once wounded for me, by His stripes I am healed;
