1 The precious sacrifice is made,
The price divine at last is paid;
O world, in shame and sorrow hide:
Your Savior ye have crucified!

2 The Savior’s life of service sweet
At last is finished and complete;
His glorious mission now is done!
A world’s salvation has been won!

3 The Lord hath opened wide the gate,
Where Heaven’s gleaming city waits,
And all who will may enter there,
Within those heav’nly mansions fair.
