1 In the wilderness shall streams be found,
Floods shall be outpoured on thirsty ground,
Over hill and plain shall praises sound
In the Beulah land.

Streams upon the desert land shall be outpoured,
Floods upon the thirsty ground thus saith the Lord,
Wildernesses blooming roses shall afford,
In the Beulah land.

2 Deserts are transformed by grace divine
Into Beulah lands of corn and wine,
When the Sun of Righteousness doth sine

3 Hungry, thirsty soul, come and be blest,
Drink the living water, be refreshed,
Eat the bread of heaven and find rest
In the Beulah land. [Refrain]

4 Linger not in deserts dark and drear,
When the land of promise is so near;
Can you not the songs of gladness hear
