4. Little Pansies

1 We are little pansies, seeking for the day,
Blooming for the Master, all along life's way.
Tiny bits of brightness, we should shine and glow,
Shedding daily fragrance as we heav'nward grow.

Refrain:
God has made us ev'ry one,
And we bloom in shade or sun;
In His garden we would be,
For His pansy flow'rs are we.

2 In the golden morning, when we first awake,
Then we pray our Father, care of us to take:
He has filled our spirits with His love and grace;
This is why we carry gladness in each face. [Refrain]

3 In the hush of ev'ning, when the day is done,
And the shadows gather with the setting sun,
Then we pansy children close our weary eyes,
And our heav'nly Father guards from the skies. [Refrain]
