كي نرفع الإكرامْ
واملا القلوبَ بهجةً
بتركها الآثامْ
2 ولنأت للملجا الذي
قد جاد بالدمِ
ولنجتهدْ في مدحهِ
بالقلب والفمِ
3 قد ترك المجدَ الرفيعْ
إذ كان في المجدِ
وانقاد كالشاةِ الوديعْ
للصلب واللحدِ
4 فهو لنا الفادي الرحيمْ
وريِّسُ الأحبارْ
في الله مأمونٌ عظيمْ
ليرفع الأوزارْ
5 بما ابتُلي في جسمهِ
يقدر أن يُعينْ
فالشكر يُهدى لاسمهِ
والمجدُ كل حينْ
