1 They have reach’d the sunny shore,
And will never hunger more,
All their grief and pains are o’er,
Over there;
And they need no lamp by night,
For their day is always bright,
And their Saviour is their light,

2 Now they feel no chilling blast,
For their winter time is past,
And their summers always last,
