برره الروح الحكيم
إذ قد أقيم وصعد
2 - كل خطايانا حمل
في جسمه على الصليب
دينونة عنا احتمل
وقد وفى الدين الرهيب
3 - جازت عليه اللججُ
وكل تيار الغضب
أمواج عدل مُرهب
وكأس حكمنا شرب
4 - وكل ذا حسب مشيـ
ـئة وقصد في الأزل
وكل قصد الله بل
تمجيده به اكتمل
5 - وهو مسرة القدير
وبه وقلبه ارتضى
لذلك رفّعه
وفوق كل اسم سما
6 - له السجود والثنا
والمجد والشكر العظيم
لأجل حبه لنا
وسفك دمه الكريم
