96. Is It Nothing to You?

1 Shall we linger in the homeland when the Lord would have us go?
Can we turn a deaf ear always to the One who loves us so?
When we promised we would follow, did we fail to count the cost?
Is it nothing to a Christian that the heathen should be lost?
Is it nothing to you?
Is it nothing to you?
Is it nothing to a Christian that the heathen should be lost?

2 They are waiting in their sadness, they are helpless in their pain,
For the idols they have fashioned cannot answer them again;
They are begging for a teacher, their old customs laid aside,
Is it nothing to a Christian that the doors are open wide?
Is it nothing to you?
Is it nothing to you?
Is it nothing to a Christian that the doors are open wide?

3 Shall we leave them in their darkness though we have the needed light?
Or refuse to grasp the sickle when the harvest fields are white?
There are some who gladly labor but their numbers few can show,
Is it nothing to you, Christian, that the Master’s word is “Go?”
Is it nothing to you?
Is it nothing to you?
Is it nothing to you, Christian, that the Master’s word is “Go?”
