Extensive four-movement work on LAUDA ANIMA/ PRAISE MY SOUL. Each movement based on text of consecutive stanza of hymn. Movements vary in difficulty.

1. Fanfare: stately procession for trumpet/principal chorus

2. Dance: light, joyful, exuberant duo for manuals with melody at 4' in pedal

3. Pastorale: quiet, delicate, trusting yet not quite predictable

4. Jubilation: toccata in quasi-French style with bombastic close.
