Ian Worsfold

Ian Worsfold came to faith through the work of the Boys' Brigade at his local Methodist Church in Basildon, Essex. After studying for a degree in music at Southlands College, Ian candidated for presbyteral ministry in the Methodist Church, eventually being ordained in 2005. He has served in the Great Yarmouth and Gorleston Circuit and the Coventry and Nuneaton Circuit before moving to the role of coordinating chaplain ay City St George's, University of London in 2014. Ian has continued to use his musical abilities in his ministry by being part of the team that brought the 'Singing the Faith' hymn book to the Methodist Church in 2011, and co-leading the worship at the Methodist Conference for over 10 years, serving as the Conference Precentor.
